Adventure lovers and those who seek closer contact with some of Africa 's most complex ecosystems will be rewarded.The southern safari route is anchored on Dar es Salaam , and covers Ruaha, Mikumi, Udzungwa Mountains National Parks and the Selous Game Reserve.

 Here you can view game in a variety of new ways- walking, riding and boating. If you have not had the privilege of getting up close to wild animals in their natural habitat, it is an exciting and refreshing experience. For this encounter, the park authorities require that an armed ranger escort you. It is therefore not as dangerous as it may first appear.

THIS SAFARI PACKAGE OFFERS YOU THE BEST IN GAME VIEWING, SCENERY AND HIKING. THE SOUTHERN CIRCUIT HAS NEVER BEEN SO ACCESSIBLE (BY ROAD) AND AFFORDABLE!!

Day 1: Depart from Dar es Salaam early in the morning for Udzungwa National Park .  Over night at the Udzungwa campsite, full board. 

Day 2:  Morning walk to the waterfalls or hike to Luhombereo, Udzungwa highest peak. Over night at Udzungwa campsite, full board  

Day 3: Depart in the morning after breakfast for Ruaha National Park . Afternoon game drives start as you enter into the park. Overnights at Ruaha National Parks’ Hut, full board 

 Day 4: Accompanied by an armed ranger, we start the day with a walking safari. Afternoon game drive, overnight at Ruaha National Parks’ huts, full board 

Day 5:  Morning and afternoon game drives. Overnight at the Ruaha National Park Huts, full board. 

Day 6:  MIKUMI NATIONAL PARK is flanked between the Uluguru and Udzungwa Mountains . Mikumi National Park is home to buffalos, giraffes, elephants, lions, zebras and leopards. The park is also famous for its wild dogs and 6m long pythons. Over night at Mikumi Campsite, full board 

Day 7: Depart after breakfast for Selous Game Reserve. Packed lunched en-route will be provided. Overnight at Campsite, full board. 

Day 8: Full day game drive with picnic lunch provided. Overnight at Campsite, full board.  

Day 9: Start the day with a morning boat safari. Late afternoon game drive and overnight at the Campsite, full board

Day 10: Depart after morning drive to Dar es Salaam with packed lunch en-route and connect for flight home or extension to Zanzibar
